HUGE shout out to Blake Clark and his team at Limitless. We have known Blake for a few years through mutual friends and we have said when the time comes we absolutely want him to help us with our buying and selling needs. Never in a million years did I think at Thanksgiving time on a whim would we find a house that wow’d us so much that we wanted to make an offer (especially in this market)……..we texted Blake on a Saturday, he called us back immediately and the ball was rolling. I don’t know when this guy sleeps but he always returns calls and emails morning, noon, and night, weekends, holidays, kids recitals, lol . It is good to see someone with such a strong work ethic as he does and that rubs off on his team. Super friendly people, super attentive, etc. Blake was able to get us an insane over asking offer for our house and into our new home with little stress. He handled all of that for us and made sure we were taken care of. I see the reviews, you don’t need to be a “friend” to get that service, which is also great to see. I highly recommend he and his team for your needs. There’s a reason he’s one of the top guys in the area.

I cannot recommend Paige enough! We used her as our realtor when purchasing our first home - a new build. As an out of state buyer I really wanted someone who was able to understand what I needed from them. I had already done research ahead of time so i knew a new build was best so I was really just looking for someone to answer questions and assist when needed and Paige did just that. I found her page via Instagram about a year before I finally pulled the trigger and even with recommendations from acquaintances in AZ I still decided to go with a “stranger” and it was a great decision! We encountered a few hiccups in the design studio process with pricing and Paige advocated for us and was able to get us credits toward a gourmet style kitchen. Additionally during the process we had multiple delays and Paige was on top of contacting the builders community manager to figure out what the delays were for, and how much longer we have to wait for our build to be completed. We also hired an inspector for the pre drywall walkthrough and Paige traveled to our site to be present and talk with the inspector after his inspection, she sent photos and videos to document the current stage of our build. All in all, I would 100% recommend her as your realtor because she really is passionate about helping her clients find a great home that checks their boxes.

Hands down the best experience buying and selling our homes with Blake and his team! Any question, at any hour he answers the text or phone call. We had some a rough spot with the seller on our purchase and Blake made it happen! During this stressful market and how fast pace everything is we are very blessed we had Blake on our team! We will be recommending him to all family and friends.
