Nick Ohanian

Born in Oregon and raised in Chandler, Arizona I graduated from Hamilton High School and went on to play baseball at Grand Canyon University. After suffering a career ending back injury, I had to quickly get a job and figure out what I was going to do for a career. I found myself in the Real Estate industry initially by becoming a Mortgage Broker, and later a Senior Mortgage Broker. With that experience I wanted to expand my skills and knowledge for my clients so I became licensed as a Real Estate Agent as well. Joining Limitless was a no brainer because the culture is built around teamwork, and consistency in finding success in this industry. With a strong background in Finance and Sales, I am able to bring a level of knowledge and negotiation to transactions that every family deserves. If I’m not in the office you could find me riding motorcycles, in the gym, or playing video games.
